The Role:We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee and continuously improve our recruitment operations in collaboration with our external recruitment provider. In this role, you will take a leading position in managing the operational and strategic relationship with the recruitment provider. You will monitor contractual performance, drive service improvements and act as the primary escalation point for complex operational issues.
