Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for acquiring new corporate & SME clients, opening client’s accounts, conducting regular visits to potential clients, studying the grant of credit facilities to potential clients, funds placement, and cross selling all banks’ products to maximize profitability.2. Extract potential corporate customers information through publications, market surveys, studies, and any other data available to identify new potential corporate & SMEs clients.3. Manage and develop the recruitment and talent management team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. Establish and maintain competency frameworks and talent assessment processes. Support leadership in identifying high-potential employees and developing succession plans for key roles. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal procedures throughout the recruitment and talent management processes. Collaborate with HR teams on initiatives related to learning and development, performance management, and organizational development. Prepare reports and insights on talent trends and workforce analytics to support strategic HR decision-making.<br>What are we looking for? Administer government relations activities, including social insurance, labor office requirements, work permits, GOSI/social insurance forms, medical insurance administration, medical checkups, and retirement processes. Oversee employee records, HRIS administration, employment letters, salary certificates, and document management. Ensure proper handling of employee investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and legal employment matters. Coordinate contract renewals, employee benefits administration, and leave management. Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, probation reviews, annual performance reviews, and performance improvement initiatives. Develop and implement learning and development strategies, including training needs analysis, internal and external training programs, technical certifications, digital learning initiatives, and vendor management. Drive organizational development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee capability. Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, recognition programs, employee events, orientation programs, and internal communication. Support succession planning, talent development, and career progression initiatives. Monitor employee engagement metrics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding. Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external consultants. Oversee onboarding, induction, welcome programs, and joining formalities. Supervise internship, graduate trainee, and student programs. Coordinate IT asset requests and onboarding requirements for new employees. Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and continuous development. Establish HR KPIs and monitor departmental performance. Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decisions. Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and strategic HR initiatives. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, diversity, and continuous improvement.<br>Qualifications and Experience<br>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree and/or professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR, etc.) is preferred.10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR leadership role. Proven experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including:HR Management HR Operations Payroll & Government Relations Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Organizational Development Learning & Development Employee Engagement Performance Management Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, payroll practices, and HR compliance requirements. Experience implementing HR policies, organizational development initiatives, and employee engagement programs. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with HRIS and HR reporting systems. Experience within the facilities management, engineering, or services industry is considered an advantage.
