Role Purpose:The Investment Director will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and continuous evolution of the Fund's investment strategy across assigned sectors and portfolios. <p>Amazon is seeking a Program Manager in the 3P -External Fulfillment organization in Cairo to focus on seller experience, reimbursements in MENA.<br>As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating projects and initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective experience for our channel. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the day-to-day strategy and operations of speed programs. If you have a passion for delivery experience, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives, we encourage you to apply.<br>Key job responsibilities<br>Develop and implement improvement programs and initiatives in line with the organization's strategic goals and objectives<br>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and develop innovative solutions <br>Monitor and analyze data, trends, and seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations<br>Articulate business and technical requirements to effect process changes<br>Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices that can help enhance seller experience <br>- 2+ years of program or project management experience<br>- 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience<br>- 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience<br>- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience<br>- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience<br>- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays<br>- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology<br>- Experience in MS Access and SQL<br>- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document<br>- Experience using Microsoft Projects software<br>- Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance<br>- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams<br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
