This role is responsible for advising clients on property purchases, sales, and investments, using market data, project information, and RED’s technology tools to guide decision-making. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable residential and commercial options, conducting site visits, and following up to close deals. The Senior Property Consultant maintains strong relationships with developers, updates listings and market data, and prepares accurate proposals and reports. The role also involves achieving sales targets, providing high-quality customer service, and representing RED’s values and standards in all client interactions.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong consulting skills with the ability to provide data-backed, solution-oriented real estate advisory. Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proven customer service capabilities, with a client-centric approach and attention to detail. Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in real estate or related industries, with a track record of meeting targets. Solid understanding of real estate markets, particularly in Cairo and surrounding development areas. Ability to work on-site, handle multiple client accounts, and manage time and priorities effectively. Comfort using CRM systems, digital tools, and basic office software to manage leads and documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience as a Property Consultant or in a senior sales advisory role in real estate is highly beneficial.
