Manage foreign currency exposure related to vehicle, parts, and equipment imports, including appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Establish and monitor strong cost-control frameworks across new vehicle sales, used vehicles, after-sales, parts, and body shop operations. Analyze dealership and departmental profitability, identify financial leakage and inefficiencies, and drive corrective actions. Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Assess financial and operational risks, including credit, FX, inventory obsolescence, OEM, regulatory, and counterparty risks. Ensure strong internal controls, segregation of duties, fraud prevention, and financial governance across the organization. Act as a strategic advisor to ownership and executive leadership, providing scenario planning, financial insights, and commercially driven recommendations. Lead financial modeling for new investments, showroom expansions, new brand franchises, and capital expenditure projects. Support negotiations with OEM/principal partners regarding commercial terms, incentives, targets, and agreements. Present financial performance, risks, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors. Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations, e-invoicing/e-receipt requirements, customs and import regulations, GAFI requirements, and relevant Central Bank of Egypt regulations. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with Egyptian Accounting Standards and, where applicable, IFRS. Manage external audits, tax audits, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial/legal stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to OEMs and international principals where required.<br>Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional finance qualification such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent internationally recognized certification is preferred. MBA with a Finance concentration is a strong advantage. Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including 5–7 years in a senior Finance Manager or equivalent leadership position. Proven experience within the automotive dealership or automotive distribution industry is essential. Strong understanding of dealership P&L management, floor plan financing, OEM incentive structures, inventory financing, and automotive business economics. Proven track record in managing banking relationships and negotiating credit facilities and financing terms. Experience within businesses with significant import and foreign-currency exposure is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cash flow management, treasury, cost control, risk management, budgeting, and financial planning. Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with strong proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus. Hands-on experience with ERP/DMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax, customs/import regulations, and corporate banking requirements. Operations Manager (Wiring & Cable Manufacturing) Reports To: Plant Manager Department: Operations / Manufacturing Job Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all production operations within the wiring and cable manufacturing plant.
