<p>The QA & Testing Auto. Tech Specialist is responsible for supporting the testing team to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. This entry-level role focuses on executing manual test cases, learning the fundamentals of automation, and assisting in the identification and reporting of bugs. The engineer will work under the supervision of senior testers and collaborate with development teams to gain hands-on experience in the software testing lifecycle.</p>

<h4>Competencies and qualifications</h4>
<p><strong>Education & experience:</strong><br>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>1–2 years of experience in software testing.</li>
<li>Internship or academic experience in testing is a plus.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of software development and QA processes.</li>
<li>Certified ISTQB Foundation level is mandatory.</li></p>
<p><strong>Technical skills:</strong><br>
<li>Knowledge of test case design, execution, and bug reporting.</li>
<li>Familiarity with at least one test management or defect-tracking tool (e.g., JIRA).</li>
