<h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعلان مديرية التربية والتعليم بالمنوفية عن وظيفة موجه عام (مادة أو نشاط) تعليم عام – تعليم فني – خدمات</span></h2><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الغرض من الوظيفة</span></h3><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يختص شاغل الوظيفة بالإشراف على موجهي التخصص أو النشاط على مستوى المديرية، والإسهام في التنمية المهنية للموجهين والمعلمين والأخصائيين، وإعداد الخطط الفنية ومتابعة تنفيذها وتقويمها وفقًا للسياسات التعليمية واللوائح المنظمة والمعايير القومية للتعليم.</span></p><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المهام الوظيفية</span></h3><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التخطيط والمتابعة والتقييم</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعداد الخطة العامة للتوجيه الفني في مادة التخصص أو النشاط على مدار العام الدراسي.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">متابعة تنفيذ خطط التوجيه الفني بالتنسيق مع الموجهين والموجهين الأوائل.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التنسيق مع الجهات والأطراف المعنية لتنفيذ الأنشطة التعليمية داخل المديرية وخارجها.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">متابعة وتقويم الأداء الفني وفق المعايير القومية للتعليم.</span></p></li></ul><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التنمية المهنية</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">عقد اجتماعات دورية لموجهي المادة أو النشاط لمتابعة المستجدات في المناهج وأساليب التدريس والتقويم.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإشراف على برامج التنمية المهنية للموجهين والموجهين الأوائل.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">نقل الخبرات وأفضل الممارسات التعليمية بما يسهم في تطوير الأداء الفني.</span></p></li></ul><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإشراف الفني</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإشراف المباشر على الموجهين الأوائل للتخصص أو النشاط.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإشراف على إعداد أسئلة الامتحانات لمادة التخصص.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">متابعة امتحانات النقل والإشراف على لجان تقدير الدرجات.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">ضمان تطبيق اللوائح والقرارات المنظمة لأعمال التوجيه الفني.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الخبرات والجدارات المطلوبة</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">استيفاء برامج التنمية المهنية المؤهلة للوظيفة وفقًا لما تقرره الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على شهادة الصلاحية لمزاولة وظائف التوجيه.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على تقرير تقويم أداء بمرتبة فوق متوسط على الأقل في السنتين السابقتين مباشرة للنظر في شغل الوظيفة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">استيفاء جميع الشروط والمهام الواردة بالقرار رقم 164 لسنة 2016 وتعديلاته، وقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 2297 لسنة 2022، والقرارات المنظمة لوظائف التوجيه.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">سنوات الخبرة</span></h3><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تشغل الوظيفة بالاختيار من بين شاغلي وظيفة <strong>كبير معلمين</strong> ممن سبق لهم شغل وظيفة <strong>موجه أول</strong> لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات، ويكون شغل الوظيفة لمدة ثلاث سنوات قابلة للتجديد لمرة واحدة.</span></p>
