Customs Clearance & Import Logistics Supervisor is required for a leading fashion and retail company representing a portfolio of internationally recognized premium brands provides exceptional customer experiences while fostering an inclusive environment where our people can grow and thrive.<br>Job Responsibilities Communicate with brands regarding delivery schedules and payments. Ensure timely delivery of brand merchandise. Follow up with brands on cargo status and documentation. Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines. Ensure smooth customs clearance by maintaining compliant shipping documentation. Suggest plans and improvements to enhance Customs Clearance operations. Ensure receipt of complete shipping documents and compliance with Egypt Customs regulations and exemption requirements. Prepare daily and weekly delivery KPIs and trackers. Improve import processes through optimization initiatives. Evaluate shipping routes and freight forwarder options. Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and shipping lines for quotations and pricing. Maintain records of demurrage, detention, and related logistics costs. Review invoices and shipping manifests for customs compliance. Prepare periodic reports on Customs Clearance activities and achievements. Maintain complete knowledge of import customs exemption documents, formats, and formalities.<br>Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics is preferred. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Self-starter with a hands-on approach who can work in a small team.8 years of experience in a similar customs clearance or import logistics role.
