• Develop detailed 3D BIM models (Rivet Models) for structural and precast systems. 

• Produce accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction drawings / documents based on project requirements.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure model accuracy and design intent.

• Integrate BIM workflows with traditional engineering processes to optimize project delivery and coordination.

• Identify and resolve clashes, inconsistencies, or constructability issues within BIM models.

• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project standards.

• Support the implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across all projects.

• Assist in quantity take-offs, material scheduling, and other data extraction tasks from BIM models.

• Participate in project meetings to provide technical input and coordinate design changes.

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and timeline expectations.

• Implement design revisions / changes and updates.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in BIM modeling or drafting within the engineering or construction industry.

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of structural systems, particularly precast and reinforced concrete elements.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

• Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and model management.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced office environment.

• Familiarity with BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
