You will be expected to both:Create ideas + Execute ideas. You will work on AI commercials, product advertisements, social media ads, UGC-style content, visual concepts, and creative experiments for brands across the region. Experience with video editing and post-production. Ability to develop concepts and execute them independently. Good English communication skills. Highly Preferred Commercial advertising experience. Product advertising experience. Experience creating social media ads. Motion graphics / compositing. AI UGC. AI avatars or virtual characters. AI voice and sound generation. Experience producing multiple creative variations for performance marketing. The Most Important Requirement We care more about what you can create than which AI tools you know. A candidate with exceptional creative thinking and a strong portfolio will stand out even if they are not experienced with every tool. We want someone who can receive a product and say:"I have three strong ideas for how we could advertise this."And then actually produce them. Growth Opportunity You will join the company at an early stage and work directly with the founding team. Potential career progression:AI Creative Producer → Senior AI Creative Producer → Creative Lead → AI Creative Director As the company grows, selected team members may have future opportunities to work from our operations in Jordan or Dubai.
