<p>Role Purpose : The Agriculture Field Operations Head is responsible for leading and overseeing all field operations related to strawberry production throughout the agricultural season. The role ensures proper seedling establishment, crop growth, fertilization, irrigation, pest and disease management, sampling, and quality compliance.
