Manages forecasting processes to align with supply chain strategies and project requirements</p><br><p><span>Key Areas of Responsibility</span><br>• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using historical data, market intelligence, statistical models, and business inputs.<br>• Lead the demand planning cycle and facilitate Weekly SIOE and Monthly SIOP meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.<br>• <span>Responsible for aligning project forecast with Sales Leaders.</span><br>• <span>Responsible for Bilateral meeting – project forecasting factory alignment.</span></p><br><p>• Analyze forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and other demand planning KPIs, and implement improvement initiatives.<br>• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance to capture demand drivers, promotions, product launches, and market trends.</p><br><p>• Partner with Supply Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing to balance demand and supply while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.<br>• Monitor inventory health and t<span>akes corrective action plan for Obsolete and Slomoving stock generated for the region.</span><br>• <span>Support best in class Customer Service through on time in product availability for ATO/ETO.</span><br>• <span>Provide supply update for ATO/ETO portfolio towards sales stakeholders.</span><br>• <span>Manages allocations within established allocation rules on the business side for ATO/ETO in cases of scarcity.</span><br>• <span>Focus on business results, realizes revenue plans through proper ATO/ETO products forecasting & planning.</span><br>• <span>Give input on (component) obsolescence through effectively assessing risk buys to allow for proper decision making within the commercial organization.</span><br>• <span>Increases customer satisfaction and focus upon improved quality and delivery performance.</span><br>• <span>Increase responsiveness of organization on customer requirements.</span><br>• <span>Develops and implements strategies to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.</span><br>• <span>Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of forecasting activities with overall business goals.</span></p><br><p><span>Critical Experiences</span><br>• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.<br>• 7 + years of experience in demand forecasting, supply chain planning, or project management within a manufacturing or professional business environment.</p><br><p>• Strong understanding of Demand Planning, S&OP Process, IBP Tool, Inventory Management, and Forecasting concepts.
