You'll be instrumental in building a resilient and high-performing workforce, leaving a lasting legacy on our company's success and growth.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><p>We are looking for a qualified <strong>Organizational Development senior Specialist</strong> to join our People &amp; Culture team.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Assist in developing and updating organizational structures, job descriptions, and job profiles in coordination with department heads.<br>• Support the full performance management cycle, including KPI monitoring, performance reviews, follow-up, and analysis.<br>• Conduct job analysis and contribute to job evaluation and organizational effectiveness initiatives.<br>• Support the implementation of competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning initiatives.<br>• Initiate employee engagement activities, plan its implementation and follow up on related action plans.<br>• Maintain accurate records related to OD databases, documentation, and periodic reports.<br>• Coordinate with different departments to ensure OD practices are implemented on time.</p><ul><li><p>Coordinate &amp; support L&amp;D operations process &amp; ensure implementation of L&amp;D plans.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.<br>• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Organizational Development.<br>• Practical experience in Performance Management, KPIs, Job Analysis, Job Descriptions, and Organizational Structures.<br>• Good knowledge of competency management, career development, and succession planning is preferred.<br>• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.<br>• Very good command of Microsoft Excel.<br>• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.</p><p>???? <strong>Location:</strong> Khanka, Qalubia<br><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time, On-site</p>
