<p><h4>Job description</h4> <p><strong>•</strong> Participates in the yearly objectives-setting meeting to discuss and develop the HR and operations directions, strategies, and targets.<br> <strong>•</strong> Responsible for manpower planning regarding all operations recruitment.<br> <strong>•</strong> Responsible for all exit interview collection, validation, and creating the right corrective action regarding turnover and attraction analysis.<br> <strong>•</strong> Managing all sites visits and area meetings for offsite/offline, handling any related conflicts according to business need.<br> <strong>•</strong> Ensure cascading any updates or changes from top management to middle management.<br> <strong>•</strong> Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.</p> <h4>Skills description</h4> <p><strong>• Educational background:</strong><br> ??o University graduate from any discipline (business, marketing, data sciences, or related field).</p> <p><strong>• Experience:</strong><br> ??o 1-2 years of experience in the human resources field.</p> <p><strong>• Technical proficiency:</strong><br> ??o Excellent communication skills.<br> ??o Excellent analytical skills.<br> ??o Excellent understanding of the different job descriptions.<br> ??o Excellent understanding of the fintech industry.<br> ??o Excellent understanding of all HR practices.<br> ??o Profound ability to perform high quality staff work with attention to detail.</p></p><p></p>
