<p>New Motors, a leading company in tractors, equipment, and agricultural machinery, is seeking a Chief Accountant to join its team and contribute to the management and oversight of the company's accounting and financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reports and data.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>Supervise daily accounting operations and audit accounts.</p><p>Prepare and review daily entries and accounting reconciliations.</p><p>Monitor customer, supplier, and bank accounts.</p><p>Prepare and monitor receivables and customer accounts.</p><p>Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely collection of dues.</p><p>Follow up on overdue receivables and develop appropriate collection plans.</p><p>Prepare periodic financial reports and statements.</p><p>Supervise monthly and annual closing processes.</p><p>Monitor sales, purchases, inventory, and spare parts accounts.</p><p>Review expenses, revenues, and cash flows.</p><p>Follow up on tax obligations and coordinate with relevant authorities.</p><p>Cooperate with internal and external auditors.</p><p>Provide necessary financial reports and analyses to support management decisions.</p><p>Ensuring compliance with the company's approved financial and accounting policies and procedures.</p><p>Qualifications and Experience:</p><p>Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting major or equivalent.</p><p>7 years of experience in accounting, preferably with prior experience in commercial companies.</p><p>Strong experience in preparing financial reports and statements.</p><p>Proficiency in accounting software (ERP) and Microsoft Excel.</p><p>Strong financial analysis and account management skills.</p><p>Ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure.</p><p>Accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.</p><p>Proficiency in English is preferred.</p><p>????
