راقبة مستويات المخزون وتحديد الحد الأدنى والأقصى لتجنب النقص أو الركد.
الإشراف على عمليات الجرد الدوري والمفاجئ ومطابقة الأرصدة الفعلية مع السجلات.
معالجة الفروقات المخزنية وتسجيل التسويات اللازمة.
استخدام أنظمة وبرامج تخطيط الموارد المؤسسية وبرامج إدارة المخزون (ERP / WMS)
قيادة وتدريب فريق العمل من أمناء وعمال المخازن وتوزيع المهام عليهم.
التنسيق المستمر مع أقسام الإنتاج، المشتريات، والمبيعات لتلبية الاحتياجات في الوقت المناسب.
تطبيق معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية والوقاية من الحريق والتلف داخل المستودعات.
إعداد التقارير الدورية عن كفاءة الأداء، ومعدلات دوران المخزون، وحركة البضائع ورفعها للإدارة العليا.

I. Job Identification Position Title: Safety Supervisor (HSE Supervisor – Upper Egypt) Department: Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE) Reports To: Regional HSE Manager Location: Asyut, Egypt (On-site, with travel across Upper Egypt locations) FLSA Status / Grade: Supervisory<br>II. Job Summary The Safety Supervisor is responsible for driving and enforcing a safety-first culture across Nile Projects’ regional warehouses and automotive retail showrooms (including Fit & Fix, Kawetchagy, and BTTC) throughout Upper Egypt. This role conducts rigorous safety audits, leads incident investigations, oversees risk mitigation, and ensures 100% compliance with national labor laws, local civil defense regulations, and internal NPTCO safety policies to protect employees, facilities, and assets.<br>III. Relationships & Reporting Structure Reporting Directly To: Regional HSE Manager Internal Liaison: Warehouse Managers, Showroom Managers, Logistics & Supply Chain Teams, Corporate Facilities, and HR/Talent Acquisition. External Liaison: Local Civil Defense Authorities, Ministry of Manpower Inspectors, External Safety Auditors, and Emergency Response Services.<br>IV. Core Responsibilities & Duties1. Auditing, Inspections, & Compliance Perform rigorous, recurring HSE audits and safety inspections across all regional warehouses and automotive service/showroom facilities in Upper Egypt. Ensure strict operational compliance with local environmental and occupational safety regulations, Egyptian labor laws, and internal NPTCO guidelines. Monitor, inspect, and certify the operational readiness of all fire suppression systems, alarm panels, first aid stations, and emergency response equipment.2. Risk Assessment & Incident Management Conduct comprehensive Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for warehouse, logistics, and retail workshop operations. Lead technical investigations into workplace incidents, near-misses, or property damage to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Maintain meticulous safety logs, incident records, and real-time hazard reporting for executive management review.3. Training, Drills, & Field Leadership Orchestrate periodic emergency response drills, fire evacuation exercises, and technical HSE workshops for site staff. Deliver field-level training on proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, hazardous material handling, and safe machinery operation. Serve as the primary local focal point for safety inquiries, hazard escalation, and regulatory site visits.<br>V. Performance Standards & KPIsAudit Schedule Adherence: 100% completion rate of scheduled regional safety audits across all warehouses and showrooms. Incident Rate Reduction: Zero major lost-time injuries (LTI) and a measurable reduction in preventable workplace hazards. Corrective Action Closure Rate: >95% timely resolution of identified audit non-conformities and safety violations. Regulatory Compliance: 100% compliance rate with zero formal fines or notices from Civil Defense or Labor Ministry authorities.<br>VI. Job Specifications (Qualifications & Requirements)1. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is mandatory. NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory. ISO 45001:2018 (OH&S) and ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) Certified Lead Auditor status is required.2. Experience Minimum 5+ years of progressive HSE experience, strictly within Warehousing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Automotive Retail Service environments.3. Skills & Competencies Technical Mastery: Deep working knowledge of fire safety systems, civil defense codes, risk assessment methodologies (JSA), and OSHA/ISO standards. Language & Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong reporting and leadership capabilities. Location & Mobility: Must be a current resident of Asyut City, with full flexibility to travel regularly across Upper Egypt operational sites.

This role is responsible for overseeing receiving, unloading, and storing food and beverage items and supplies, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining organized storage areas. Day-to-day tasks include checking deliveries against purchase orders, managing stock rotation, packing items for internal distribution, and updating inventory records in the material control (MC) system. The Storekeeper coordinates with kitchen, front-of-house, and purchasing teams to ensure timely availability of ingredients and materials, and supports compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves reporting stock discrepancies, minimizing waste, and supporting periodic stock counts.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong inventory skills, including Inventory Management and Inventory Control. Operational handling abilities, such as Packing and Unloading of goods. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including Forklift Operation where required. Previous experience in food and beverage (F&B) stores or hospitality environments. Proficiency using material control (MC) or similar inventory software systems. Attention to detail, numeracy for stock counting, and basic documentation skills. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and proper storage conditions. Ability to work on-site in Giza, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage physical tasks. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in warehousing or logistics is an advantage.
