<ul><li><p>Oversee and coordinate all on-site architectural activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.</p></li><li><p>Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Resolve technical and design issues that arise during construction, providing innovative solutions as needed.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring timely availability for site operations.</p></li><li><p>Support the implementation of sustainable and environmentally responsible construction practices.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.</p></li><li><p>4 to 10 years of proven experience in Architectural Site Engineering or a similar role.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Construction Processes, Materials, and Architectural Detailing.</p></li><li><p>Excellent understanding of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, and Industry Standards.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in an office-based environment with regular site visits.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work full-time and commit to long-term projects.</p></li></ul><p></p>
<ul><li>Work with owner and designer/architect to develop scope of work and design documents based on brand property improvement plans and field conditions.</li><li>Perform material and FF&E take offs for procurement department purchasing.</li><li>Prepare RFP documents for bid solicitation from contractors and sub-contractors.</li><li>Organize, schedule and lead pre-construction meetings for upcoming projects.</li><li>Prepare Project schedule/timelines considering property available room counts, contractor availability/capability and materials and FF&E delivery schedules.</li><li>Maintain positive relationships with owner, contractors, & property management.</li><li>Interact with property management and contractor’s superintendent to maintain project schedule and budget from start to completion of projects.</li><li>Establish project plan, manage progress and provide owner with timely updates on project.</li><li>Act as intermediary between field personnel and architect/designer in the resolution of project issues via management of the RFI process.</li><li>Facilitate project logistics at property for materials receiving/handling and timely disposal of project wastes and recycled materials.</li><li>Perform project punch inspections when necessary, oversee change order process and manage other project accounting functions working directly with accounts payable department.</li><li>Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to obtain permits and ensure compliance with all codes and requirements.</li></ul>
