<ul><li><p>Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations across the company.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</p></li><li><p>Develop and present financial reports and analyses to executive management.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and accounting procedures.</p></li><li><p>Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking activities, and bank reconciliations.</p></li><li><p>Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and analyze budget variances.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.</p></li><li><p>Supervise tax filings and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.</p></li><li><p>Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial processes.</p></li><li><p>Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to achieve high performance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce.</p></li><li><p>Professional certifications such as <strong>CPA, CMA, or ACCA</strong> are highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>10 years of accounting experience</strong>, including <strong>at least 5 years as an Accounting Manager</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Previous experience in large agricultural companies and fresh produce export packing houses is mandatory.</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.</p></li><li><p>Solid experience in agricultural cost accounting, inventory accounting, production accounting, and export accounting.</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and variance analysis.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>Lead and manage a team of more than 30 accountants, ensuring high performance, productivity, and continuous development.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Working Days:</strong> Six days per week (Saturday to Thursday)</p></li><li><p><strong>The company provides transportation on the following routes: (Alexandria – El Agamy – Abu El Matamir – Kafr El-Dawwar).The company provides single accommodation for employees relocating from outside the area.</strong></p></li></ul><p></p>
