The ideal candidate is comfortable managing several projects at the same time, shifting priorities when needed, and coordinating effectively with subcontractors, consultants, design teams, and internal stakeholders.<br>Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with daily project coordination across multiple active projects. Manage submittals and RFIs end-to-end, including shop drawings, product data, samples, tracking, follow-up, and coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
