Monitor project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and compliant with local building codes and safety regulations.<br>Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or architecture.2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in architectural design, technical office work, and site supervision. High proficiency in architectural software, including Auto CAD, Revit, 3ds Max/Sketch Up, and MS Office. Strong ability to prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed shop drawings. Solid knowledge of local building codes, finishing materials, and construction site safety protocols. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills. A strong passion for community development and non-profit infrastructure projects.
