We are looking for Senior Planning Engineer to join our head office team in Heliopolis.<br>Responsibilities• Prepare delay analysis and projects EOT claims.• Prepare update, revised and recovery baseline schedules to reflect actual site progress and mitigation plans.• Responsible for resources allocation, loading and levelling as applicable.• Coordination with project manager for projects strategic targets.• Coordinating with different project disciplines to assure the validity of project schedules and awareness of risks.• Approve, Monitor, analyze and study subcontractors’ baseline and updated schedules and its impact on the project master baseline schedule.• Responsible to settle subcontractor’s performance indicators and highlight for performance deviations.• To participate and provide support for project cash flow & invoicing.<br>Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.• Experience in Infrastructure and water tanks projects is a must.• 4-6 years of relevant experience.• Strong experience in Primavera.• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.

The Site Engineer is responsible for managing on-site engineering activities to ensure that projects are executed in alignment with design specifications, safety standards, and established timelines. This role involves technical supervision, team leadership, coordination with stakeholders, and strict adherence to quality control standards.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br> Lead daily on-site engineering activities and oversee project progress.<br> Review and approve project schedules to ensure adherence to timelines.<br> Provide technical oversight, ensuring all construction activities align with contract drawings and specifications.<br> Approve quantity surveying and technical controls to maintain project accuracy and standards.<br> Supervise and mentor junior engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.<br> Review and manage shop drawings, Requests for Information (RFIs), Material Requisition Instructions (MRIs), Inspection Requests (IRs), Method Statements (MS), and contractor-submitted variation orders.<br> Evaluate and approve contractor invoices and claims.<br> Ensure that all materials used meet project specifications and quality standards.<br> Prepare and submit progress reports, analyzing and recommending resolutions for contractor variation orders and claims.<br> <br><br><br>Requirements<br><br>Qualifications:<br> Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.<br> Experience: 6–7 years of relevant experience in site engineering and construction.<br> Skills: Strong leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder management capabilities.<br> Working Conditions:<br> Location: On-site<br> Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week<br> Time Off: 1 day off per week
Duties & Responsibilities:Sell CRAC, RAC, UPS, and all Data Center components, and generate sales opportunities within the assigned sector to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets. Plan and organize weekly sales activities in coordination with the Sales Manager to effectively cover the assigned customer list and follow up on pending deals. Identify and prospect new customers who may have an interest in the company's products and solutions (VERTIV). Visit customers to present Vertiv products and respond to technical and commercial inquiries. Participate in preparing quotations, reviewing tender documents, and proposing payment terms for management approval. Attend tender meetings and clarify all related technical and commercial questions. Coordinate and liaise with consulting engineers whenever required to support project opportunities. Conduct customer background investigations and market assessments when requested. Present technical catalogs, publications, and drawings to customers, demonstrating the advantages of Vertiv products and solutions. Support and participate in the delivery and handover of UPS, CRAC units, and Data Center solutions to customers when needed. Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and commercial terms, and report findings in writing to management. Collaborate with the After-Sales team to exchange information and coordinate customer support activities. Prepare daily activity reports and escalate any challenges or issues to the Sales Manager for timely resolution.<br>Qualifications:Experience with UPS, CRAC units, Data Center, and electrical equipment. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably with UPS / CRAC units / Data Center. Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the engineering or industrial equipment sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as needed. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
