<ul><li>Project Execution &amp; Management</li><li>Manage and supervise all site construction activities from project initiation through commissioning and handover.</li><li>Develop and implement construction execution plans and site strategies.</li><li>Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.</li><li>Coordinate activities among contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.</li><li>Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.</li><li>Civil Works Management</li><li>Supervise excavation, foundations, concrete structures, roads, drainage systems, and architectural works.</li><li>Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Monitor productivity and resolve technical issues related to civil construction activities.</li><li>Steel Structure Management</li><li>Oversee fabrication, delivery, erection, alignment, and inspection of steel structures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and erection procedures.</li><li>Coordinate structural inspections and quality control requirements.</li><li>MEP Management</li><li>MEP Management</li><li>Supervise installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, HVAC, compressed air, and utility systems.</li><li>Coordinate MEP activities with civil and structural works to avoid conflicts and delays.</li><li>Monitor testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.</li><li>Planning &amp; Cost Control</li><li>Review construction schedules and recovery plans when required.</li><li>Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.</li><li>Review contractors' progress reports and productivity performance.</li><li>Participate in budget control and forecasting activities.</li><li>Quality Management</li><li>Ensure implementation of project Quality Management Plan.</li><li>Review inspection and test plans (ITPs) and quality documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Ensure timely closure of NCRs and corrective actions.</li><li>HSE Management</li><li>Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across the project.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and safety reviews.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.</li><li>Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Stakeholder Coordination</li><li>Act as the primary construction interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.</li><li>Participate in progress meetings and provide regular project status reports.</li><li>Manage technical and commercial issues affecting construction activities.</li><li>Commissioning &amp; Handover</li><li>Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.</li><li>Ensure completion of punch lists and project close-out requirements.</li><li>Support final handover documentation and client acceptance processes.</li></ul>

Cash &amp; Liquidity Management Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate short, medium, and long-term cash flow forecasts to anticipate funding gaps and investment opportunities. Working Capital Optimization: Ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations while minimizing idle cash and optimizing working capital across the business. Cash Positioning: Oversee daily liquidity, intercompany funding, and cash concentration (e.g., sweeping or pooling strategies). 2. Financial Risk Management Currency &amp; Interest Rate Risk: Monitor exposures and implement hedging strategies (like FX forwards or swaps) to minimize currency and interest rate volatility impacts. Debt &amp; Credit Management: Oversee corporate debt portfolios, manage credit lines, negotiate loan agreements, and ensure strict compliance with debt covenants. 3. Banking &amp; Relationship Management Bank Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms, credit limits, and service fees. Account Administration: Manage bank account structures, signatories, and online banking platforms while analyzing bank fee structures for cost-saving. 4. Strategy &amp; Capital Allocation Capital Structure: Advise senior leadership (CFO) on the optimal mix of debt and equity to minimize the cost of capital and maximize shareholder 5.
