S. and Canada, focusing on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, global professionals, entrepreneurs, and international businesses. This is a consultative, value-driven role—you won't simply sell insurance policies. You'll act as a trusted adviser, helping clients make informed decisions while building long-term relationships. Alongside managing qualified inbound opportunities, you'll also be expected to proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and professional networking.<br>Key Responsibilities Advise and consult with inbound enquiries and qualified follow-up leads. Generate new business through outbound telesales, referrals, and self-generated opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, entrepreneurs, families, and internationally mobile professionals. Identify and develop opportunities for individual, family, and corporate/group insurance solutions. Prospect and engage potential corporate clients for employee benefits and group medical insurance. Conduct proactive follow-up with existing prospects and previous enquiries to maximise conversion opportunities. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and relationship management. Tailor insurance solutions across International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI), travel insurance, life insurance, and employee benefits based on each client's needs. Work closely with strategic partners and referral sources to convert introductions into long-term clients. Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey, from initial consultation through policy placement and renewal. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline updates. Achieve individual sales, premium, and activity targets while maintaining high-quality client service standards. Work flexible hours and days to accommodate clients across U. S. and Canadian time zones. Expand your portfolio through self-generated business, with additional commission opportunities available.<br><br>Who You Are• B2/C1-level fluency in English – this is mandatory.• Multilingual candidates strongly preferred – especially in Spanish, French, Arabic, or German.• Minimum 3 years of experience in international telesales or health insurance brokerage.• Experience working in the U.
