The role will manage key customer relationships, lead a sales team, develop channel partners and distributors, and collaborate with technical, supply chain, and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and achieve revenue targets.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Sales Strategy &amp; Planning</p><ul><li><p>Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for HDPE pipes aligned with company objectives and market demand.</p></li><li><p>Define annual sales targets, territory plans, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to achieve revenue and margin goals.</p></li><li><p>Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and risks.</p></li></ul><p>Business Development &amp; Key Accounts</p><ul><li><p>Identify, prospect, and win new customers across sectors such as municipal water, irrigation, industrial, oil &amp; gas, and construction.</p></li><li><p>Manage and grow strategic key accounts through regular engagement, commercial negotiations, and value-added proposals.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors, and government procurement bodies.</p></li></ul><p>Technical &amp; Commercial Support</p><ul><li><p>Work closely with Technical and Product teams to develop tailored HDPE pipe solutions, specifications, and value propositions for customers.</p></li><li><p>Support tender responses, product demonstrations, technical clarifications, and site visits as required.</p></li><li><p>Provide commercial guidance on pricing, payment terms, contracts, and warranty conditions to protect company interests while meeting customer needs.</p></li></ul><p>Marketing &amp; Market Development</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with Marketing to develop product collateral, case studies, technical datasheets, and promotional campaigns targeted at key segments.</p></li><li><p>Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer forums to promote HDPE pipe solutions and collect market intelligence.</p></li><li><p>Drive specification inclusion with consultants and engineers through technical seminars, training sessions, and joint site activities.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline. In this role, you will develop unique job plans to improve the work force efficiency and quality by identifying the elements of an executable work package. You will be planning the maintenance of Port equipment to ensure maximum uptime, providing advanced knowledge of consistent maintenance and reliability best practices in the completion of planning and prioritizing moderately complex tasks, while supporting maintenance planning activities through SAP systems and coordinating closely with Operations to ensure effective execution of maintenance plans.</p><p>Location: Alexandria, Egypt. Worksite-based position</p><p>Key Accountabilities</p><ul><li>Research and compile information and feedback from crafts and operational stakeholders necessary to generate highly effective and detailed job plans.</li><li>Initiate the procurement of materials, special tools and unique items required in the job plans using relevant maintenance programs and database tools, in collaboration with Purchasing and Inventory teams.</li><li>Transition capital improvement projects from project stage to operations and update information in the database to reflect the improvement, addition, or deletion of equipment and their associated spare parts and maintenance procedures.</li><li>Prepare and provide detailed job plans for moderately complex preventative maintenance activities that comply with fundamental plant maintenance procedures and practices across mechanical, electrical and structural maintenance activities.</li><li>Plan and schedule maintenance downtime and communicate cross functionally with technical and management teams to minimize production impact and improve reliability, while ensuring alignment between Operations and Maintenance teams.</li><li>Maintain custom databases through SAP system to support specific work projects and processes.</li><li>Engage in continuous improvement planning to enhance on time performance of technical activities and support maintenance KPI tracking and reporting.</li><li>Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanical or equivalent experience.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance planning experience.</li><li>Experience working with maintenance planning systems, SAP or other relevant CMMS systems.</li><li>Fluent English and Arabic language skills.</li><li>Other minimum qualifications may apply.</li></ul><p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul><li>Continuous improvement experience like lean or six sigma.</li><li>Experience in grain handling, bulk material handling, heavy industrial or similar process manufacturing environments.</li></ul><p></p></section>
