Responsibilities and duties: Managing and recording daily financial transactions and ledgers efficiently and accurately. Preparing and reviewing journal entries, supplier and customer accounts, and periodic bank reconciliations. Participating in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and financial performance reports. Tracking and calculating costs and cash flows, and analyzing financial variances if any. Preparing and approving tax requirements (VAT, income tax, etc.) and ensuring compliance with financial laws. Coordinating with external auditors and relevant authorities and providing the required documents. Qualifications and requirements: Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Sciences. Experience: At least 3 years of proven practical experience in general accounting. Technical skills: Proficiency in ERP accounting software (such as Odoo, SAP, or QuickBooks) and excellent command of Excel. Personal skills: Extreme accuracy in numerical handling, excellent analytical skills, and full commitment to closing deadlines. Good familiarity with accounting standards and local tax laws.
