Responsibilities:<br> Receives invoices and payments requests from procurement department. Ensure 3-way matching process is in place, submitting invoices for approval, processing, and filing. Sorts and reviews invoices and payment requests for proper accounting and for the Accounting Manager review and approval. Processes Journal Vouchers and payment upon obtaining approvals from the Accounting Manager. Ensure that all suppliers’ credit terms are updated in the system. Sets up and maintains a complex record and filing system of accounts payable vendor files and other financial records including purchase orders and invoices for retrieval or review Managing new vendor set ups in the accounting system Ensure that all payments are timely recorded into the suppliers’ accounts and are matched with its related invoices. Produce suppliers’ aging report on monthly basis. Ensure that the 4 Eyes payment approval is applied in place. Ensures that all suppliers’ payments are prepared and signed before its due date and kept ready for releasing approvals. Junior Electrical Design Engineer – Infrastructure<br>Key Responsibilities Assist in the design of electrical systems for infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater pumping stations, treatment plants, and utility networks. Prepare electrical design drawings, including single-line diagrams, lighting layouts, power distribution drawings, cable routing, and wiring diagrams under the supervision of senior engineers. Perform electrical load calculations, voltage drop calculations, cable sizing, and equipment selection in accordance with project requirements. Support the preparation of technical specifications, BOQs, and material schedules for electrical systems. Job Purpose:The HR Site Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing core Human Resources functions and programs for small-scale projects. The role involves handling employee-related matters, recruitment coordination, payroll inputs, benefits administration, employee relations, attendance management, and addressing employee inquiries and concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.<br>Key Responsibilities:Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and casual workers, including explaining attendance and working hour policies. Ensure all employees and casual workers are enrolled on the attendance and fingerprint system and that the system is functioning properly. Generate attendance reports from SAP, review them with the Project Manager, and ensure attendance records are accurate. Submit payroll deductions, variable payments, and other payroll-related inputs within the required deadlines. Ensure employees submit annual leave requests through the HR system and report any policy violations to the Project Manager and People Partner. Obtain monthly approval of the project's organizational structure from the Project Manager.
