Cash &amp; Liquidity Management Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate short, medium, and long-term cash flow forecasts to anticipate funding gaps and investment opportunities. Working Capital Optimization: Ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations while minimizing idle cash and optimizing working capital across the business. Cash Positioning: Oversee daily liquidity, intercompany funding, and cash concentration (e.g., sweeping or pooling strategies). 2. Financial Risk Management Currency &amp; Interest Rate Risk: Monitor exposures and implement hedging strategies (like FX forwards or swaps) to minimize currency and interest rate volatility impacts. Debt &amp; Credit Management: Oversee corporate debt portfolios, manage credit lines, negotiate loan agreements, and ensure strict compliance with debt covenants. 3. Banking &amp; Relationship Management Bank Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms, credit limits, and service fees. Account Administration: Manage bank account structures, signatories, and online banking platforms while analyzing bank fee structures for cost-saving. 4. Strategy &amp; Capital Allocation Capital Structure: Advise senior leadership (CFO) on the optimal mix of debt and equity to minimize the cost of capital and maximize shareholder 5. Their primary goal is to minimize downtime by troubleshooting automated machinery, modifying control logic, and maintaining the reliability of site-wide power and control networks.</p><p>Inspection and maintenance of utilities department including (HCAV, DCS, Steam boiler, Oil boiler, absorption chillers, electrical generator, thermal lines, water treatments units, Air compressor, Nitrogen system, Dehumidifier, Dust collector</p><p>Maintain the utility support equipment which includes basic operation and maintenance of boilers, air compressors, chillers, water treatment and This includes executing daily, weekly, and monthly PMs and troubleshooting issues.</p><p>Perform installation and troubleshooting of basic facility related electrical devices within the facility. Individual must be capable of changing out light fixtures and ballasts and have experience with maintaining roll-up, overhead, and man doors.</p><p>Perform basic repair and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. Act as the point of contact with HVAC vendors if major repairs or new installation is required.</p><p>Drive 5S in the area of utilities department.</p><p>Monitor the facility and recommend repairs or maintenance for equipment and facility including roof, ceiling, and walls of the facility.</p><p>Operate forklifts and high lifts and use scaffolding and ladders as needed.</p><p>Perform all duties with necessary precaution within accepted safety practice.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Minimum Requirements From 5 to 7 years experience in a similar environment prefer multinational environment Industrial technical institute or technical Diploma degree Good verbal and written communication skills (English) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in a multinational company environment is advantageous Experience with PC skills in Windows environment required.</p><p></p></section>
