Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer requirements. Drive shop-floor performance, problem solving and operational discipline.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related field. 10 14 years of manufacturing experience, including 3 5 years in a production leadership role. Strong experience in automotive manufacturing, wiring harness, cable assembly or high-volume manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, 5 Why, line balancing and productivity improvement. Proven experience leading large blue-collar teams. Hands-on, data-driven and strong in people leadership and problem solving. Lean Six Sigma certification and knowledge of IATF 16949 are highly desirable.</p>
