Design in-app banners and promotional visuals that support marketing and commercial objectives. Produce Linked In posts, corporate communication materials, and employer branding assets. Adapt campaign concepts into multiple sizes, ratios, and formats optimized for each digital channel. Campaign & Creative Development Contribute to campaign brainstorming sessions with original concepts, visual references, and art direction. Translate marketing briefs into clear visual narratives aligned with campaign goals and audience insight. Work with the Growth and Performance Marketing teams to review creative performance and iterate based on results. Print & Offline Production Design and prepare print-ready materials including flyers, posters, brochures, roll-ups, signage, and branded merchandise. Ensure files meet production specifications — bleed, resolution, color profiles — and coordinate with printers and vendors on quality and color accuracy. Presentations & Corporate Materials Design leadership, commercial, and investor presentations to a high standard of polish. Build and maintain reusable deck templates so teams across the company can produce on-brand materials independently. Brand Stewardship Act as the guardian of Maxab's brand identity, ensuring all designs, print materials, and presentations follow the company's brand guidelines and color palette. Partner with the Product team to ensure in-app UI designs stay consistent with Maxab's visual identity and design standards. Review designs produced by other teams and external partners to maintain consistency across the company. Help evolve and maintain the brand guidelines as the company grows into new markets and product lines. Market & Regional Ownership Manage and execute all design requirements for the Morocco market, ensuring visuals are culturally relevant and aligned with Maxab's brand identity. Adapt creative for multilingual audiences across Arabic, French, and English, including right-to-left layouts and locale-appropriate typography. Asset & Workflow Management Maintain an organized, version-controlled library of logos, templates, and campaign files that teams can access and reuse. Manage incoming design requests from multiple stakeholders, set realistic timelines, and deliver on deadline.<br><br>What We’re Looking For:<br>Required[7+] years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in-house or at an agency serving fast-moving consumer brands. This role is responsible for developing creative 3D concepts and visualizations for events, exhibitions, and brand activations, from initial sketches to final rendered designs. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed 3D models of booths, stages, and event spaces, setting up lighting and materials for realistic renders, and collaborating with event planners, account managers, and production teams to translate client briefs into feasible designs. The designer will also prepare graphic elements, animation sequences where needed, and presentation boards to support client pitches and internal reviews. The role involves revising designs based on feedback, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, and coordinating with production vendors to confirm technical details and accurate implementation.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills, with a proven track record in events, exhibitions, or activations. Proficiency in Lighting and rendering techniques to produce realistic and visually compelling 3D visuals. Graphic Design capabilities for layouts, branding applications, and presentation materials. Basic to advanced Animation skills for motion presentations, walkthroughs, or dynamic event concepts. Advanced knowledge of industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Cinema 4D, Blender, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience working with event production, fabrication materials, and practical build constraints. Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design ideas to non-design stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Previous experience in an events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing agency environment is highly beneficial.
