Manages the fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Coordinates with internal departments to streamline supply chain operations. Role Description The Social Media & Creative Lead – Fashion E-commerce is a full-time, on-site role based in Nasr City, Cairo. The role is responsible for owning Malabisy’s entire social media and content function, from strategy and planning to production, execution, team management, and performance analysis. The role will develop and execute structured content strategies aligned with Malabisy’s brand, commercial objectives, new collection launches, and marketing campaigns. This includes planning content concepts, managing the content team, directing photoshoots and video production, and ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality social media content. The role will also directly manage influencer and creator relationships, including identifying relevant creators, reaching out to them, negotiating and closing deals, briefing them, and ensuring the required content is delivered according to the content strategy. The Social Media & Creative Lead will be hands-on in content production and is expected to attend and manage shoots on-ground, whether for new collections, campaigns, product launches, or ongoing social content. The role will work closely with the Media Buying team to develop the Reels, UGC, and performance creatives required for paid campaigns, while using social media performance data to continuously improve the content strategy. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or a related role. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Fashion E-commerce or Fashion brands. Strong experience in Social Media Strategy, Content Strategy, and Creative Direction. Proven experience managing or leading Social Media / Content teams. Strong experience planning and executing fashion photoshoots and video shoots. Must be hands-on and able to attend and manage shoots on-ground. Strong understanding of Reels, UGC, short-form video, product content, lifestyle content, and social-first creative formats. Proven ability to take content from concept → planning → production → final execution. Proven experience managing influencers and content creators, including sourcing, outreach, negotiations, deal closing, briefing, and delivery management. Strong network or existing relationships with relevant fashion influencers and content creators is highly preferred. Experience developing creative assets for paid media campaigns and working closely with Media Buyers. Strong understanding of social media trends, fashion content, visual identity, and audience behavior. Ability to use social media performance data to improve content decisions and creative output. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and project management skills. Ability to take full ownership of the Social Media & Content function and manage multiple campaigns, shoots, creators, and projects simultaneously. Ability to work on-site in Nasr City, Cairo, 5 days per week, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Important: This is not a traditional Social Media Manager or Content Posting role. We are looking for someone who can fully own Malabisy’s social media presence and content operation, lead the team, build the strategy, manage influencers and creator deals, direct and attend shoots, execute campaign content, and ensure the business always has the right creative content for both organic social media and paid acquisition. <p>We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Planning Engineer to join our PDS team in Egypt. This role will be responsible for the project controls of running contracts of a mixed-used development. The Project Controls Manager will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in driving successful project delivery.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Maintain schedule baselines and implement performance monitoring mechanisms.</li>
<li>Lead the Project Controls team to collaborate with the Project Manager, supervision consultants, and main contractors to review progress reports.</li>
<li>Monitor on-site progress and verify contractor-submitted reports.</li>
<li>Lead the Project Controls team in schedule-related meetings and associated processes.</li>
<li>Review project status with Project Management team and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Ensure integration of sub-schedules from all project parties.</li>
<li>Review and comment on contractor-submitted EOT (Extension of Time) claims.</li>
<li>Analyze time impact of scope changes or variations requested by client or contractor.</li>
<li>Track and report progress against baseline schedule, monitor risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation scenarios.</li>
<li>Report on schedule progress using metrics like EV (Earned Value) and PV (Planned Value).</li>
<li>Prepare periodic progress reports and attend progress meetings.</li>
