JOB PURPOSE:<br>Lead a team of senior cost control/cost controllers and support them in their delegated tasks linkedto various projects cost control, budgets, cost plan, productivity, cash flow and analysis functions. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Provide effective and efficient 1st level of support to all CIB Staff/GTS clients to resolve the reported challenges in order to enable different business areas proceeding with their daily work smoothly.</p><p>Service Desk Handling</p><ul><li>Provide single point of contact for CIB end users/GTS clients regarding IT incidents and requests through phone calls, online tickets, to resolve and offer technical support for related IT issues.</li><li>Receive, log all interaction/ incidents and manage calls from CIB end users/GTS clients via phone, email, and online tickets, and deliver proactive actions to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Take ownership of users interactions/incidents, follow up on the status of problems on behalf of the user, and communicate progress in a timely manner, to ensure that cases are resolved.</li><li>Escalate IT services incidents and Requests, which cannot be resolved within agreed time scale to the 2nd line of support, to resolve the cases successfully.</li><li>Follow Up on 2nd line of support on daily basis for all pending cases, to ensure that cases are resolved.</li><li>Deliver proactive actions to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Meet Service Desk (KPI) Key Performance Indicators as set by the Service Desk Manager to Improve efficiency, ensure cost effectiveness and increase customer satisfaction.</li><li>Participate in team projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of IT support.</li><li>Perform technical troubleshooting and problem resolution including, Printing management, Telephony, Client computing applications, and User and password management, to resolve end users incidents and/or requests.</li></ul><p>Policies, Processes and Procedures</p><ul><li>Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner</li></ul><p>Day-to-day Operations</p><ul><li>Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Service Management department to ensure continuity of work</li></ul><p>Compliance</p><ul><li>Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor s degree of Computer Engineering/Computer science or its equivalent</li><li>Analyst: 0 - 2 years of experience, Senior Analyst: 3 - 5 years of experience</li><li>Good qualifications in Computers / Communication Engineering</li><li>An ITIL qualification is a plus</li><li>Good command of English and Arabic languages</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul><p></p></section>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Business Knowledge:Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies including Incandesce products, strategies, skills and organization Understand regional and territory’s business objectives and strategies through participating in Cycle and Sales Meetings Attend business meetings and team building activities, share professional promotion experiences, market intelligence with the team and support manager to achieve overall team objectives Proactively participate in business knowledge and skills learning as required by the company. Strategy Implementation:Execute the visiting plan to determined targeting, coverage and frequency targets Build relationships with target customers to gain product endorsement to generate sales Manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time in accordance with the deadlines and objectives as stated in the Sales Action Plan Provide the customers with the needed information and services Evaluate and interpret sales results of own products and territory Evaluate all activities based on ROI3. Territory Management:Timely and correctly record related information into CRM system per company standards (like call frequency and coverage, meetings, and medical information provision quality, etc). Support manager to ensure the efficiency of systems and processes that enable field-force performance to be reviewed and assessed in both qualitative and quantitative means Organize and attend a fixed number of “events” focusing on the company’s strategic intent Act in line with territory ownership spirit and mind set Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Give complete, comprehensible and accurate feedback containing all significant events in the territory Job Requirements B.
