<h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعلان مديرية التربية والتعليم بدمياط عن وظيفة وكيل مدرسة إعدادية ثانوية رياضية</span></h2><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الغرض من الوظيفة</span></h3><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يعمل شاغل الوظيفة طبقًا للمعايير المحددة لوظائف الإدارة المدرسية الواردة باللائحة التنفيذية للباب السابع من قانون التعليم، وفي ضوء توقعات الأداء التي تحددها المعايير القومية للتعليم ويُقيَّم على أساسها.</span></p><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يخضع شاغل الوظيفة للإشراف المباشر لمدير المدرسة.</span></p><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المهام الوظيفية</span></h3><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يضطلع شاغل الوظيفة بالواجبات والمسؤوليات التالية في إطار الالتزام بالميثاق الأخلاقي وقواعد تنظيم العمل والمنهج الحقوقي.</span></p><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يختص شاغل الوظيفة بمتابعة أعضاء هيئة التعليم والأخصائيين بالمدرسة، والإشراف على أعمال الامتحانات، ووحدة التدريب وضمان الجودة، وعمليات التنمية المهنية المستدامة بالمدرسة، وإدارة الشئون المالية والإدارية، والإشراف على ملاءمة المبنى المدرسي للعملية التعليمية، ومساعدة مدير المدرسة في إدارة عمليات المدرسة وتنمية علاقاتها بالمجتمع.</span></p><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">القيادة والإشراف المؤسسي</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إرساء مبادئ العمل الجماعي وترسيخ روح الفريق.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">دعم التواصل وخلق قنوات فعالة للتواصل داخل وخارج المدرسة.</span></p></li></ul><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">عمليات التعليم والتعلم</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تنسيق الأدوار التعليمية بين المعلمين والأخصائيين لتحقيق فاعلية العملية التعليمية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">توزيع خطة الدراسة والمناهج على المختصين.</span></p></li></ul><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">ضمان معايير الجودة والاعتماد</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التأكد من أن الأهداف العامة للخطة تراعي احتياجات المعلمين والأخصائيين وتسهم في دفع نواتج التعلم وتراعي احتياجات التنمية بالمدرسة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">توفير الموارد المادية والبشرية اللازمة لتنفيذ خطط تحسين المدرسة.</span></p></li></ul><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التنمية المهنية</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المشاركة في برامج التنمية المهنية الفنية والقيادية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تقديم النصح والإرشاد التربوي وتفعيل سبل التغذية الراجعة المستمرة.</span></p></li></ul><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المشاركة المجتمعية</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التشجيع على المساهمة في أنشطة الفرق والمجموعات واللجان ذات العلاقة بتحسين المدرسة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تشجيع المعلمين والأخصائيين على دعم أعمال مجلس الأمناء والآباء والمعلمين والمشاركة فيها، وكذلك العاملين بالشئون المالية والإدارية.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الخبرات والجدارات المطلوبة</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">استيفاء برامج التنمية المهنية في مجال الإدارة المدرسية وفقًا لما تقرره الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على شهادة الصلاحية لمزاولة وظائف الإدارة المدرسية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على تقرير تقويم أداء بمرتبة فوق المتوسط على الأقل في السنتين السابقتين مباشرة عند الترشح لشغل وظيفة وكيل مدرسة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الالتزام بجميع الشروط والمهام الوظيفية طبقًا للقرار الوزاري رقم 164 لسنة 2016 وتعديلاته، والقواعد المقررة في القانونين رقم 155 لسنة 2007 ورقم 93 لسنة 2012 بتعديل أحكام القانون رقم 139 لسنة 1981، والقرار الوزاري رقم 219 لسنة 2018.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">سنوات الخبرة</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تشغل الوظيفة بالاختيار من بين شاغلي وظيفة <strong>معلم أول</strong> أو ما يعادلها على الأقل.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن <strong>سنتين</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تشغل الوظيفة لمدة <strong>سنتين قابلة للتجديد</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">ألا يكون المتقدم محالًا للمحاكمة التأديبية أو الجنائية عن مخالفات مالية أو مخالفات تمس الشرف والأمانة، وألا توجد لديه جزاءات.</span></p></li></ul>
