<h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>We are looking for a <strong>CCTV Operator</strong> to join our team and ensure continuous monitoring of the company's premises. The role is responsible for real-time surveillance, incident escalation, CCTV playback, documentation, and coordination with relevant departments while maintaining strict confidentiality and security procedures.<br></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Monitor assigned <strong>CCTV cameras</strong> continuously and identify any suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized activities.</p></li><li><p>Immediately <strong>escalate incidents and security concerns</strong> to the concerned parties.</p></li><li><p>Review and retrieve recorded footage based on authorized requests, incidents, dates, times, and locations.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strict <strong>confidentiality and security</strong> of CCTV recordings and information.</p></li><li><p>Monitor camera clarity, viewing angles, and system availability, and report any technical issues to the <strong>ICT team</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of <strong>incidents, playback requests, monitoring activities, and technical issues</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with <strong>Security, Administration, HR, and ICT</strong> teams when required.</p></li><li><p>Support authorized investigations by providing relevant CCTV footage and information.</p></li><li><p>Follow all approved <strong>CCTV, security, access control, confidentiality, and escalation procedures</strong>.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.</p></li><li><p><strong>1–3 years’ experience</strong> in CCTV monitoring, security, or control room operations.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of <strong>CCTV monitoring/playback systems</strong> and basic <strong>MS Office</strong> skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to identify and report basic CCTV technical issues.</p></li><li><p>High <strong>attention to detail, vigilance, confidentiality, and responsibility</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good communication, escalation, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and work <strong>shifts</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Previous <strong>factory/manufacturing experience</strong> is preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p>
