<p>We are seeking a senior business analyst to act as an offshore product owner, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive technical analysis, solution design, and delivery. <p>Overview The primary purpose of this role is to lead, coordinate, and optimize the maintenance planning and scheduling function for UK manufacturing sites, ensuring that all maintenance activities are effectively planned, prioritized, and executed to maximize equipment reliability, technical availability, and production continuity. The role holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive maintenance master plan for each site, covering preventive, predictive, and corrective activities. This includes identifying required resources, defining schedules, and balancing workloads across teams to minimize downtime while upholding safety, quality, and compliance standards. In addition, the role will support performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that KPIs such as schedule adherence, PM compliance, and maintenance efficiency are tracked, analyzed, and improved over time. The position also plays a key role in system development, process standardization, and digitalization efforts within the maintenance planning function. The role holder will act as a central coordination point between the UK site teams, business unit stakeholders, and the Global Business Services (GBS) hub — ensuring seamless communication, aligned priorities, and consistent service delivery.
