Job Objective:<br>Responsible for the full supervision of SMT production lines, including machine setup, feeder programming, solder paste printing, and monitoring the quality of assembled electronic products, in addition to performing regular and preventive maintenance to ensure continuous production with the highest efficiency and lowest waste rate.<br><br>Key duties and responsibilities:<br>Operate and program SMT lines: set up and operate Surface Mount Technology machines (Pick and Place), solder reflow ovens, and screen printers.<br>Programming: create and modify machine operating programs based on PCB design files (Gerber files / CAD data) and Bill of Materials (BOM).<br>Maintenance and fault repair: undertake preventive and periodic maintenance and promptly handle unexpected faults (Troubleshooting) to minimize downtime.<br>Quality monitoring and process adjustment: oversee welding and quality standards, and handle automatic optical inspection (AOI / X-Ray) systems to ensure boards are free of defects.<br>Productivity improvement: reduce scrap and improve cycle time to raise overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).<br>Documentation and reporting: write daily performance reports and document maintenance logs and machine faults.
