<p>We are hiring for a leading UAE-based fitness and wellness equipment industry company expanding into the Egyptian market, an <strong>After-Sales Consultant</strong> to lead a team of technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of gym equipment.</p><br> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><br>
<p>The After-Sales Consultant will supervise a team of technicians handling gym equipment (treadmills and related machines) across both workshop and field operations. The role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership, scheduling service calls, ensuring quality repairs, mentoring technicians, and serving as the escalation point for complex issues. </p><br> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily activities of technicians across workshop and field assignments</li><li>Schedule and prioritize service calls, installations, and preventive maintenance visits</li><li>Perform hands-on diagnostics and repairs on gym equipment when needed (treadmills, ellipticals, strength machines, etc.)</li><li>Ensure SLA compliance and monitor first-time-fix rates and response times</li><li>Train, mentor, and evaluate technician performance; support onboarding of new team members</li><li>Act as escalation point for complex technical issues or client complaints</li><li>Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and job reports</li><li>Coordinate with the After-Sales Manager on spare parts inventory, tooling needs, and recurring issues</li><li>Ensure technicians follow safety protocols and manufacturer service standards</li><li>Liaise with clients (gyms, health clubs, hotels) to ensure satisfaction post-service</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br></p><br>
<ul><li>1+ year of experience as a Consultant/Supervisor in gym/fitness equipment technical service </li><li>Solid hands-on technical background in gym equipment repair and maintenance (electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical systems)</li><li>Valid driving license (field visits required)</li><li>Ability to manage scheduling and prioritize competing service demands</li><li>Strong communication skills for client-facing situations</li></ul> <p>Qualifications<br></p><br>

Strong understanding of the Egyptian enterprise market, especially sectors such as banking, telecom, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, BPO/contact centers, real estate, and large corporates. Established network with decision-makers across IT, digital transformation, customer experience, operations, HR, procurement, or executive leadership. Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Strong commercial discipline, including pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and account planning. Fluent Arabic; strong professional English required. Based in Cairo or willing to operate actively across the Egyptian market.
