About Sleek Flow<br>Sleek Flow is an AI Suite for Revenue-Driving Conversations. We are trusted by over 2,000 enterprises globally. But we are more than just a Saa S company; we are an AI-native movement redefining the B2C relationship across 70+ countries.<br>At our core is Agent Flow—an AI GTM workforce that learns, improves, and acts as a self-healing knowledge base for businesses. From first-click conversion to long-term retention, we turn every conversation into a data-backed growth opportunity. Headquartered in Singapore with a global presence in Hong Kong, the UAE, and the US, we are looking for exceptional people to help us build an AI operating system that matters.<br>Join us and rewrite how the world engages at scale.<br>Associate Level Location: Remote, Egypt Prior Experience in Saa S/ Software Industry, Technology or digital media is preferred Language: Native or near-native written Arabic, plus strong written English <br>Role We’re looking for a content-first generalist marketer to own how Sleek Flow shows up in Arabic across Middle East. Most of your week goes to producing content that pulls Middle East audiences in and converts them: blogs, landing pages, social, scripts, campaign copy. But you won’t be boxed into one lane. As we scale the region, you may flex into whatever moves the number that month, whether that is a launch campaign, a social push, localisation, or sales enablement. You’ll work closely with our EMEA and HQ marketers, so you need to be as comfortable running your own projects end-to-end as you are plugging into someone else's. If you write sharp Arabic, love storytelling and building relationships, treat AI as a genuine force multiplier rather than a novelty, and get bored the moment work starts to feel like a template, this one’s for you!<br>Key responsibilities Own the Arabic content engine for Middle East: research, write, translate, edit, and optimise across formats (blog articles, landing pages, website copy, ad and campaign materials, video scripts, social posts, e-books) so everything lands in local voice, not translated-from-English voice. Adapt and localise, don't just translate. Take global assets and rework them so they read like they were written for the region, and flag where EMEA needs its own angle entirely. Flex across the marketing mix as the region demands: support paid and organic campaigns, social, community, PR and comms, and sales enablement when that is where the impact is. Partner closely with the HQ marketing team and the SEO team on keyword research, on-page SEO, and AEO/GEO best practice, applying EEAT fundamentals so our content earns trust and gets picked up by both search engines and AI answer engines (Chat GPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews). Grow Sleek Flow's presence and brand mentions across EMEA: draft press releases and contributed articles, support regional PR and media relationships, and earn the mentions and citations that build authority off-page and get us surfaced in AI answers. Build your output on AI systems. Use tools like Claude to scale drafting, research, and repurposing so your time goes to the parts that can't be automated: judgment, local nuance, and original angles. Learn Sleek Flow’s product deeply and turn technical capabilities into customer-centric stories that resonate with EMEA buyers. Track what works (organic traffic, engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution) and double down, ship on a consistent rhythm without letting quality slip.<br>What we're looking for in you<br>Content-first generalist who ships You have a few years of content or marketing experience, ideally in Saa S or tech, with a portfolio of work that performed. You spike in content but have shipped across other channels and can iterate based on results rather than waiting for perfect information.<br>Native Arabic storyteller You write fluent, natural Arabic and can adapt tone for different Middle East audiences and formats. You have a strong command of grammar and nuance, and strong written English for working across a global team.<br>AI-powered operator AI is already how you work, not a box you tick. You have used tools like Claude or similar to build workflows, scale content, or move faster, and you treat them as a creative partner.<br>Search, comms, and EEAT fundamentals You have SEO, AEO, and EEAT fundamentals down: keyword research, on-page optimisation, and structuring content so it earns trust and gets cited by AI answer engines. Experience drafting press releases or earning brand mentions and media coverage is a strong plus.<br>Collaborative and self-directed You can run a project solo from brief to publish, and you can slot into the EMEA team's work without friction. You manage your own time well in a fast-moving, remote-friendly setup.<br>Nice to haves Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, languages, or equivalent experience Experience in conversational AI, messaging, or social commerce Familiarity with tools like Hub Spot, Ahrefs or Semrush, and a modern CMS<br>Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate.<br>Sleek Flow is a place where everyone can grow. So however you identify and whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day.

About the role We're building high-performance, consumer-facing mobile products for a fast-growing market, and we need a senior engineer who treats native development as a craft — not a compromise. This is a dual-native role. You'll write pure native code for both platforms: Swift / Objective-C on i OS and Kotlin / Java on Android — designing and shipping features side by side across the two. You'll own architecture decisions, set the quality bar, and ship apps that feel genuinely at home on each OS. This is a native-only position. We are not looking for cross-platform framework developers — no Flutter, no React Native. We care about platform-specific performance, native UI/UX fidelity, and full control over the runtime, and we hire people who feel the same way. What you'll do Design, build, and maintain native i OS and Android applications from architecture through to App Store / Play Store release. Own end-to-end feature delivery on both platforms — from technical design to production and post-launch performance. Make and defend architecture decisions (MVVM / MVI / Clean Architecture), keeping the codebase modular, testable, and maintainable as it scales. Integrate with REST / Graph QL APIs, handle real-time data, and build reliable offline-first and sync behavior. Optimize for performance, battery, memory, and startup time — and profile relentlessly when something isn't right. Implement robust localization, including full Arabic RTL support and multi-language handling. Write unit and UI tests, review peers' code, and help shape CI/CD and release pipelines. Mentor mid-level developers and raise the technical standard of the whole mobile team. Required experiencei OSStrong production experience in Swift and working knowledge of Objective-C (including maintaining legacy code). Deep command of UIKit and Swift UI, Auto Layout, and the app lifecycle. Solid grasp of memory management (ARC), Swift concurrency (async/await), Combine, and GCD. Comfortable with Xcode, Instruments, and the full App Store submission and provisioning process. Android Strong production experience in Kotlin and Java. Deep command of the Android SDK, Jetpack components, Coroutines, and Flow. Solid grasp of the Android lifecycle, memory management, and background execution constraints. Comfortable with Android Studio, Gradle, and the full Play Store release process. Cross-cutting5+ years building and shipping native mobile apps, with published apps you can point to. Strong architecture fundamentals: clean separation of concerns, dependency injection, modularization. Solid experience with REST / Graph QL, JSON, Web Sockets, push notifications, and secure local storage. Confident with Git, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD. You care about detail — animations, empty/loading/error states, edge cases — not just "it compiles."Nice to have Experience with booking, e-commerce, loyalty, or other transaction-heavy consumer apps. Familiarity with the GCC / KSA market and Arabic-first product design. Experience mentoring or leading a small mobile team. Exposure to analytics, crash reporting, and A/B testing tooling. Working knowledge of accessibility standards on both platforms. Who you are You'd rather write two excellent native apps than one compromised shared one. You care about how an app feels on each platform, not just whether it runs. You take ownership — you don't wait to be told when something's slow, broken, or badly structured. You communicate clearly, review code generously, and lift the people around you.
