<p> </p><p><strong>The Factory Manager</strong> is responsible for leading and managing all manufacturing operations within the LV electrical panel production facility. The role ensures safe, efficient, and profitable manufacturing of low-voltage switchboards, distribution boards, and electrical control panels while maintaining compliance with quality standards, project specifications, customer requirements, and delivery commitments.</p><p>The Factory Manager oversees production, engineering technical office (electrical,& mechanical), planning, maintenance, inventory control, and workforce management to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Production & Operations Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the overall factory operations for LV panel manufacturing.</li><li>Ensure achievement of production schedules and delivery deadlines.</li><li>Monitor production capacity and optimize resource allocation.</li><li>Manage fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing, and packing activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.</li><li>Improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.</li></ul><p><strong>Project & Planning Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate closely with Engineering, Projects, Procurement, and Sales teams.</li><li>Review production plans based on project priorities and delivery schedules.</li><li>Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and production progress.</li><li>Resolve production bottlenecks and resource constraints.</li></ul><p><strong>Quality Management</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure panels are manufactured according to IEC standards and customer specifications.</li><li>Oversee factory acceptance testing (FAT) activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO quality procedures.</li><li>Lead corrective and preventive action initiatives.</li><li>Reduce quality defects, rework, and customer complaints.</li></ul><p><strong>Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure safe working practices throughout the factory.</li><li>Maintain compliance with local regulations and company HSE policies.</li><li>Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.</li><li>Lead accident investigations and corrective actions.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead production supervisors, engineers, technicians, and operators.</li><li>Lead Technical office team(mechanical& electrical)</li><li>Establish performance objectives and KPIs.</li><li>Identify training and development needs.</li><li>Drive employee engagement and accountability.</li></ul><p><strong>Continuous waste.</li></ul><p><strong>Maintenance Management</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are effective.</li><li>Maintain production equipment, testing instruments, and manufacturing tools.</li><li>Reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability.</li></ul><p><strong>Financial Management</strong></p><ul><li>Manage factory budgets and operational expenses.</li><li>Monitor manufacturing costs and profitability.</li><li>Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.</li><li>MBA or Operations Management qualification is an advantage.</li><li>Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certifications preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in electrical panel manufacturing.</li><li>Minimum 5 years in a Factory Manager, Production Manager, or Operations Manager role.</li><li>Proven experience in LV switchgear, control panels, and distribution boards manufacturing.</li><li>Experience managing large production teams and project-based manufacturing environments.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li>LV Switchboards and
