Occupation Description The Hospitality Development Senior Engineer’s role is to manage the essential stages of the project to ensure the achievement of the hospitality brand guidelines and objectives are met in the design review process from inception to project launch and opening.<br>Job Scope Set up “Design Briefs” per project according to development brief, guidelines, and code regulations. To handle drafting project shop drawings, as well as coordinate drawings between different disciplines and assist site engineers clarifying and resolving any technical problem that could arise during the construction caused by designs. <p>Under direct supervision, provides technical and operational expertise to external customer in a professional manner. This is the entry level position for this discipline. Performs assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles. Assists in the delivery of Completion, Products &amp; Services (CPS) services. Assists in pre- planning, job execution, and post job analysis to ensure project success and efficiency. Participates in developmental programs to accelerate learning and to increase abilities relative to the successful implementation of PSL objectives.
