Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and producing complete working drawings for projects in accordance with approved Saudi building codes.
Accurate architectural coordination with other engineering disciplines (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical - MEP).
Reviewing and preparing finishing schedules, door and window schedules, and facade and section details with utmost precision.
Ensuring drawings comply with the requirements of the building code, relevant authorities, and municipalities to guarantee prompt approval.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
7+ years of practical experience in preparing working drawings within engineering consultancy offices.
Full proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit is preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of materials, modern finishing details, and KSA codes.
