About the Role<br>We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Support Manager to lead our Egypt Supply Chain Captive Center and oversee the team responsible for providing tactical, transactional, and operational support to our Corporate Supply Chain function. The role will ensure efficient workload management, timely execution, service quality, accuracy, and compliance with agreed SLAs and Supply Chain policies.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Egypt Supply Chain Captive Center and drive team performance. Allocate workloads, set priorities, and monitor productivity and SLA performance. Ensure timely and accurate processing of Supply Chain transactions and activities. Oversee operational support across Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts & Suppliers, Logistics, Planning & Inventory, Master Data, and Reporting. Monitor backlog, aging, service levels, transaction accuracy, and operational risks. Establish effective workflows, SLAs, and escalation mechanisms with Corporate Supply Chain in KSA. Ensure compliance with Supply Chain policies, procedures, SOPs, and approved authorities. Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate transactional processes. Coach and develop the team while ensuring effective cross-training and business continuity. Act as the primary operational escalation point between the Egypt Captive Center and Corporate Supply Chain. Drive continuous improvement and enhance overall service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.<br>Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.10–12 years of relevant Supply Chain experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in Supply Chain Operations, Shared Services, or Captive Center environments. Strong knowledge of Procurement, Sourcing, Logistics, Planning, Inventory, Master Data, and ERP processes. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong understanding of SLA, KPI, productivity, and operational performance management. Ability to manage high-volume transactional operations and drive process improvements.
