<h4>About this role</h4>
<p>We are seeking a skilled IP & security solution architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of secure network solutions across data centre and office environments. This role focuses on ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of network infrastructure while driving standardisation, harmonisation, and innovation across multiple markets. <ul><li><p>Inspect and monitor <strong>finishing works</strong> on site (flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, joinery, painting, etc.) to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and follow up on <strong>Quality Control checklists</strong> for each finishing stage before handover.</p></li><li><p>Identify defects or non-conformities and issue <strong>NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)</strong>, following up until resolved.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to correct quality issues before proceeding to the next stage.</p></li><li><p>Review materials and finishes delivered to site against approved samples and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Prepare periodic <strong>quality inspection reports</strong> for project management.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with architectural quality standards and specifications throughout execution.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Education </strong>Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering </p><p><strong>Experience </strong>3 – 5 years</p><p><strong>Background </strong>Must have solid hands-on experience specifically in <strong>finishing works </strong> on site</p><p><strong>Software </strong>AutoCAD (preferred) – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</p><p><strong>Language </strong>Good written and spoken English for technical documentation</p><p></p>
