Review customer inquiries and recommend optimal data center solutions from the Business Unit portfolio. Prepare technical marketing collateral, i.e., brochures, product catalogues, websites, etc. Design end-to-end passive infrastructure solutions for enterprise and hyperscale data centers. Develop technical proposals, bills of quantities (BOQs), scope of work, and solution architectures. Ensure solutions comply with TIA, ANSI, ISO, BICSI, and relevant industry standards. Define structured cabling, fiber optic connectivity, rack systems, containment systems, and physical infrastructure requirements. Review customer RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents and provide competitive technical responses. Project Delivery & Implementation Support Support project teams during implementation and commissioning phases. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and installation teams. Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements. Manage technical risks and propose mitigation plans. Vendor & Partner Management Develop relationships with key technology partners and suppliers. Evaluate and select passive infrastructure vendors and products. Conduct technical evaluations and product acceptance reviews. Support procurement and sourcing activities for project requirements. Customer Relationship Management Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers. Conduct solution presentations, workshops, and technical demonstrations.
