Role Description1. Lead technical workstreams independently within assigned client projects2. Conduct OT/ICS security assessments, penetration tests, GRC reviews, or implementation activities based on service line3. Produce high-quality technical deliverables and client reports with minimal supervision4. Review and provide technical feedback on work produced by Junior Engineers5. Mentor and guide Junior Engineers on technical tasks, methodologies, and best practices6. Identify and escalate project risks, scope changes, and technical issues to the Project Lead7. Stay current with OT/ICS threats, vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and industry standards8. Support pre-sales activities including technical scoping, solution design, and proposal writing9. Represent Invictux professionally during client engagements and on-site visits
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Autmation Engineering, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in implementing and managing security controls, firewalls, and industrial protocols Strong expertise in OT/ICS cybersecurity, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, and compliance Prior experience with energy, utilities, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure industries is an advantage
