This full-time, on-site role includes managing and guiding a sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring effective coverage of assigned territories. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, following up on orders and deliveries, and resolving issues to support customer satisfaction. The supervisor will analyze market trends and sales data, prepare regular performance reports, and coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to support promotional activities and product availability. Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring production lines, coordinating manpower and materials, and resolving operational issues during shifts. The role involves enforcing safety and hygiene procedures, monitoring product quality, documenting production data, and collaborating with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly. The supervisor supports continuous improvement initiatives and ensures that production staff receive clear instructions, coaching, and performance feedback.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead production teams, delegate tasks, and monitor performance. Candidates should possess Production Planning and Production Management skills to organize schedules, allocate resources, and meet output targets. Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement in the plant.
