performance across an assigned district. This role is responsible for keeping delivery speeds<br>

The <strong>Control Tower Supervisor</strong> is responsible for overseeing Bosta Box operational issues and ensuring timely resolution of shipment-related cases. The role acts as a key link between <strong>Operations and Customer Experience</strong>, coordinating with different teams to investigate issues, drive corrective actions, and ensure SLA adherence. <p>Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, workstations, support server system(s), supporting hardware/software, user accounts, and computer/telephone rooms. Train and instruct users in proper use and security of all systems. Troubleshoot, repair, and resolve technical problems and issues related to computer hardware, software, LAN and WAN, and internet. Respond to program error messages. Provide network communications support and technical guidance. Refer major problems to vendors or technicians. <li>Produce flowers and plants according to the annual and seasonal production targets.</li>
<li>Deliver professional training to the gardeners in line with the instructions and attend trainings.</li>
