<p>NUT Botanicals is growing, and we are looking for a highly organized&nbsp;<strong>Supply Chain Specialist</strong>&nbsp;to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain. In this role, you will be the critical link between our R&amp;D, our third-party manufacturing partners, and our fulfillment operations, ensuring our skincare products are produced on time, to spec, and perfectly tracked.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Manufacturer Management:</strong>&nbsp;Act as the primary point of contact for our third-party manufacturing facilities. You will plan production orders, coordinate shipping, communicate production orders, track production orders, and ensure strict adherence to our quality and timeline expectations.</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Supplier Communications:</strong>&nbsp;Source and manage relationships with raw material and packaging suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with our quality standards, and evaluating suppliers&nbsp;based on quality, cost, and reliability.</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Inventory &amp; Batch Tracking:</strong>&nbsp;Oversee inventory levels using Zoho Inventory. You will manage batch tracking, maintain accurate par levels, and ensure proper FIFO protocols are followed.</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>E-Commerce Syncing:</strong>&nbsp;Coordinate closely with our online and offline sales operations, ensuring that physical inventory aligns seamlessly with our storefront and vendors to prevent stockouts of top-selling products. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Process Optimization:</strong> Proactively identify bottlenecks in the supply chain—from raw material delays to final delivery—and implement practical solutions.</p>
