Role Description This full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role at Catch Egypt is based in Qesm 1st Nasser City at Abbas Al Akkad Branch . The Retail Salesperson is responsible for welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable products to support an excellent in-store experience. Daily tasks include explaining product features and benefits, answering questions, handling purchases and returns, and ensuring products are well-stocked and attractively displayed. The role also involves meeting sales targets, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and collaborating with team members to support store operations. The Retail Salesperson records customer feedback, supports promotional activities, and follows company policies and procedures. Qualifications Candidates must have prior experience in the retail fashion industry. Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and maximize in-store revenue. Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills to accurately present features, benefits, and usage of items. <span><u><b>Job Role</b></u> <br></span></span><p>The Sales Executive's responsibilities consist of, first and most importantly, selling vehicles by following the sales steps used by MAG; this will include greeting customers and demonstrating the vehicle's characteristics, capabilities, and features while comparing and contrasting competitive models face to face or over the phone.</p><br><br>
<p>Moving vehicles when necessary, at any time of the year, or in any season. They will be required to complete sales paperwork, help car buyers complete finance applications and any paperwork needed to sell a car, and follow up and ensure favourable customer satisfaction through MAG CRM.</p><br><br>
<br><u><b>Job Responsibilities</b></u> <br><ul><li>Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
</li><li>Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
</li><li>Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities.
</li><li>Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
</li><li>Help senior colleagues manage internal client and customer relationships by using relevant sales or client systems.
</li><li>Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.
</li><li>Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedures.
</li><li>Record and process custom/special customer orders, often dealing with ambiguous delivery expectations.
