As a Manager of Bosta Documents, you will be responsible for leading the sales team focused on acquiring corporate clients for our documents shipping service. You will drive revenue growth, expand our corporate portfolio, and position our documents product as the fastest, most reliable solution in the market. <li>Set monthly and quarterly team targets and ensure achievement of all KPIs</li>
<li>Identify, prospect, and close new corporate clients for our documents delivery service</li>
<li>Conduct joint field visits, sales presentations, and high-level meetings with decision-makers</li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong corporate sales pipeline for documents shipping</li>
<li>Support the team in negotiations and closing deals</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to support the documents vertical</li>
<li>Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews</li>
<li>Develop sales strategies and account plans to expand our corporate footprint</li>
<li>Track market trends, competitor movements, and new opportunities in the documents segment</li>
