Job Summary: <br>The role is focusing on ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of the bank's core banking systems, particularly Temenos T24.<br>Job Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the Temenos T24 core banking system and related applications, ensuring high availability and performance. Manage the resolution of technical issues and incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability. Provide second- and third-level support for core banking applications. Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues related to the core banking system. Analyze root causes of recurring incidents and implement long-term solutions. Maintain detailed incident records and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions. Work with business units to gather and document requirements for system enhancements and new features. Coordinate with IT and vendor teams to plan, test, and deploy upgrades, patches, and customizations to the core banking platform. Ensure thorough testing and validation of all changes before deployment to production environments. Act as the primary point of contact between the IT department and business units for core banking application support. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the core banking system aligns with business objectives. Liaise with vendors, including Temenos, to address critical issues and coordinate support efforts.<br>Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT support, with at least 5 years specializing in core banking applications such as Temenos T24 for the Manager. Proven experience in managing support teams and handling mission-critical applications. Strong expertise in Temenos T24, including its architecture, modules, and integration points. Hands-on experience with T24 system upgrades, configurations, and customizations.

Daily tasks include conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing sales forecasts and performance reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective execution of business development initiatives. The role also involves leading negotiations, preparing proposals and presentations, and contributing to strategic planning to achieve revenue and growth targets. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations is essential to align business development activities with overall organizational objectives. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development and sales strategies, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and account growth. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with experience in client-facing roles and partnership development. Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and the preparation of business reports, proposals, and presentations. Solid understanding of sales and negotiation techniques, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written communication and confident presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage. Prior experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles, preferably within relevant or related industries.
